Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice/email).

  • Please do not open the primary packaging if you suspect damage during delivery.

Items not eligible:

  • Perishable goods once opened (tea, food items).

  • Gift cards, and custom/personalized orders.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at riverbeki@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Attach images if the product is damaged/defective.

  3. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • For COD orders, refund will be initiated via bank or QR Code transfer after confirmation.
