Riverbeki Pure White Tea — High-Elevation Darjeeling, Handpicked & Barely Touched

White tea is not made. It is revealed. At Riverbeki, we source exclusively from the high-elevation gardens of Darjeeling — where the air is thin, the mornings are cold, and the tea plant grows slowly, concentrating everything it has into the very first flush of the year. Only the youngest silver-tipped buds and the finest whole leaves are handpicked by hand, dried gently, and brought to you with almost nothing done to them. This is tea at its most honest.

What you brew is not processed flavour. It is the living leaf — soft, luminous, and quietly complex. A cup that asks nothing of you except a moment of stillness.

Two Expressions. One Elevation.

Silver Needle (Baihao Yinzhen) — Considered the most prized white tea in the world, our Darjeeling Silver Needle is made entirely from the unopened first-flush bud. Covered in fine silver-white down, each needle carries a delicate sweetness, a faint floral lift, and a clean, lingering finish. Pale gold in the cup, weightless on the palate. This is the one you brew when silence deserves company.

White Peony (Bai Mudan / Moonlight) — A step deeper, a shade fuller. Our Moonlight White Peony pairs the silver bud with the first two whole leaves, giving the brew a gentle body, a soft floral warmth, and a faint woody depth that lingers. Rare. Whole leaf. How to Brew

Use water at 75–80°C (not boiling — this preserves the delicate character of the bud). Steep for 2–3 minutes. Use 2–3 grams per 200 ml. Silver Needle can be re-steeped twice, revealing a different note each time. Brew it slow. Drink it quiet.
