Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. You will receive another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on orders over Rs 1000 (within India.).

Please note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We currently ship to all states within India.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping

  • We do offer international shipping to select countries on demand. 
  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination, and weather conditions. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order is missing or damaged, please contact our customer support team at riverbeki@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
  • We may ask for photos of the damaged items or packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
  • If an item is missing from your order, we will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Riverbeki Carpe Diem - Pure Tea Experience is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at riverveki@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order status by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.
