Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. You will receive another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days (depending on your location).
Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on orders over Rs 1000 (within India.).

Please note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to all states within India.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries on demand.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Time

Missing or Damaged Items

We may ask for photos of the damaged items or packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
If an item is missing from your order, we will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Riverbeki Carpe Diem - Pure Tea Experience is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at riverveki@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped.
